FAQ Reservations

1) Does Wheels of Time require reservations?

Wheels of Time products require reservation to insure that you have your model during our production cycle. Since all of our products are Built-To-Order, we do not typically anticipate any left over stock to be sold once the product is released.

2) How can I reserve Wheels of Time products?

You may reserve through your favorite hobby store or directly with us. If you decide to reserve directly with us, we require your order to be fully paid during the reservation period to insure that your order is booked. If you are not fully paid during the reservation period, then we cannot ensure your place in our production cycle. You may reserve through PayPal shopping cart, check or VISA/MC. Further, you may reserve your order and make a purchase of an item that is in stock. We will ship the in-stock item immediately. The item that is on reservations will ship when it is released.

3) What if I miss the deadline for reservations?

Contact us immediately and you will be placed on our waiting list.

4) What is your return policy?

Finally, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. In case you are not and wish to return your purchase that you made directly from Wheels of Time, please send us an email to receive approval. We can refund you only within 20 days of when the purchase is originally shipped to you. We will refund your net purchase minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping, handling & insurance.

In the case, that an item that you have reserved and the production is cancelled, you will be reimbursed for your full paid reservation including any associated shipping, handling & insurance cost.
