There are two ways to order

Through our web site. We accept all the
credit cards listed below through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal
account to use PayPal. PayPal will give you a choice
to pay by your credit card, pay by a bank withdrawal, or
through a PayPal account when you check out. Shipping
is calculated automatically for Domestic orders. 8%
tax is added to California orders.

Print out the Order Form. FAX 1-866-737-9654 (U.S. & Canada) or Mail with your payment. Payments by FAX or mail can be made by Visa or Master credit cards only. Or by check, bank draft or money order drawn on a U.S. Bank. Do not email your credit card order.

Minimum net order is $10.00. California residents, add 8% sales tax. No CODs.
